Megan O'Dowd's practice focuses on education, real property, employment, public agency and municipal law, and transaction-related matters. Megan has successfully defended employment claims brought by the Idaho Human Rights Commission and has provided training to governing boards and management teams regarding employment best practices. Megan enjoys working with her clients to find quick and meaningful resolutions to complex and varied legal matters.
Megan previously served as a law clerk to Honorable Justice Jim Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. She relocated to her hometown of Coeur d'Alene to be closer to her extended family and to raise her family.
