Luke O'Dowd
Luke O'Dowd's practice emphasizes mining law, mineral title opinions and due diligence, corporate governance, business combinations, business transactions, and general real estate matters. He began his career as in-house counsel for a broker-dealer that specialized in trading and offering securities associated with the mining companies located in Idaho’s Silver Valley. As the attorney for the broker-dealer, Luke held Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses.
Luke returned to his hometown of Coeur d'Alene to raise his family after graduating from law school.
